DOES THE HOT SAUCE NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING?
Yes. Since we do not use any preservatives/chemicals in our formula for Taste the Horn Hot Sauces, please make sure to refrigerate after opening.
DO I SHAKE BEFORE OPENING?

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING NORMALLY TAKE?
All orders are shipped out from our West Coast facility via USPS or UPS. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days depending on your region.
WHAT IS MITMITA SPICE?
Mitmita spice is a powdered seasoning mix used in Ethiopia. It is orange-red in color and contains ground African bird's eye chili peppers, Ethiopian cardamom (korerima), cloves, and salt. It occasionally has other spices including cinnamon, cumin, and ginger.
WHAT IS BERBERE SPICE?
Berbere is a spire mixture whose constituent elements usually include chili peppers, coriander, garlic, ginger, basil, korarima, rue, ajwain or radhuni, nigella and fenugreek. It is a key ingredient in the cuisines of Ethiopia.
